ACS Mellon HSA Customer Service department is broken and I believe it is a direct reflection of the leaders. In lieu of this I am out money for fees and services never rendered and months of lost time including the time it took to blog this.

I agree that their customer service is broken possiblye even non existant. Worst part of me is that I cannot, even during the day, talk to anyone in the USA. Every time I have called I talk to someone who is offshore and has a problem with english. One time I was actually on hold for 30 minutes before I was able to speak with a person. In the mean time I constantly being told by a recording how important my call was to them, yea right. Once I talked with them they were totally uninterested in my complaint about being on hold for so long and then could not do anything about the issue I originally called about. That even includes the "manager" I spoke with. I really wish my company would move away from ACS Mellon.
