Richard Whitmer is President and Chief Executive Officer of Insight Healthcare Financial, Inc., a provider of specialized medical receivable financing and marketing services to community banks.  He led the ongoing development of specialized funding program for community banks that resulted in over 164 hospital installations from 1997-2002 at Private Business, Inc., a publicly traded firm based on Brentwood, TN.  He is active in a number of community banking organizations and regularly assists community bankers to develop appropriate receivable financing instruments for their medical clients.
