Luke has over twenty years experience in finance and general management positions, including tenures at Price Waterhouse and AlliedSignal, Inc. (now Honeywell International). Recent experience includes: financial leadership for two of the four operating divisions of JohnsManville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and as chief operating officer for eBreviate, Inc., an application software subsidiary of Electronic Data Systems. His career has included leading acquisition and merger teams. Luke graduated from Pepperdine University and is a certified public accountant.
