Dr. Racine currently heads-up a department with primary function to lead the company efforts with national professional associations, quality organizations, and large self-insured employers.  His team supports regional and national initiatives in the area of value-based benefit design, healthcare quality and transition of care improvement. 

Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Eric held various positions in professional pharmacy including academic, clinical, and management roles.  Eric managed hospital formularies as well as drug utilization and clinical improvement programs.  Eric’s past presentations, publications and research focused on pharmaceutical access and utilization.

Eric received is pharmacy degree from University Laval in Quebec, Canada, his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and currently completing is Executive MBA degree at Rutgers University Business School.
