BarCampMemphis, November 2008

Carolyn Bahm of Collierville, TN tipped me off to this because I came up in a search of "notable Tennessee bloggers" (makes me all tingly inside ;-):

I'm on a planning group for BarCampMemphis, a Nov. 8 volunteer-driven conference in Memphis that is aimed at entrepreneurs and new media enthusiasts. I wanted to make you aware of the event in case you'd like to attend, volunteer, offer to speak on a topic of your choice, or donate any items for our attendees.

From the event wiki:

FLUX your Paradigm

In a constantly shifting environment, what do you do to keep up? Entrepreneurs and businesses are constantly trying to walk the line between chaos and control, between the cutting edge and solid ground. The tried and true constants are beginning to shift and the market is being given the choice to change or fall.  BarCamp Memphis is designed to answer the questions that are affecting you most and help you find solid ground amidst shifting paradigms.
