If only Fiber-Enabled US Rural Folks Could Teach Koreans English while doing that economic development thingie

like the folks in Powell, Wyoming. And if only there were a primer about other projects like this. Why, they could use technology like this (thanks Al Falk, Guy Kawasaki, Dave Kurlan). And so on and so forth...
